I dislike virtually everything about this bottle. The flip top can only be opened by prying off with a thin tool. If it accidentally closes at work I am in trouble. Large paperclip and key are too thick. Small paperclip too flimsy. There it sits and I can't drink out of it. The drinking spout has a rough edge, had to file it down myself. The piece that holds the fruit pushes down into the top of the bottle. It doesn't screw or have a stop. Very easy to push down too far and removal requires pliers. I'm not a wimp mind you, can open pickle jars myself but everything about this bottle is difficult to use. I'm looking for a replacement.

I am returning this. I bought 2 of them and the fruit container is REALLY hard to get out of it and the flip top lid will not even open. I could not get this one open at all. No matter how much you push the button to open the lid it does not open. I tried and tried and then gave up. There is a metal pin that holds the push button in and it almost completely coming out. I pushed it back in and it still wouldn't open. I would not recommend this bottle and will be receiving a refund.

Loved the look and idea of this water bottle but it does not work properly. I depressed the tab on the front, but the lid does not pop open--while pressing the tab I have to slip a knife through to get it open. Also only drips of water come through when I want to take a drink --thought maybe I put too much fruit it in but the fruit chamber should not have any effect on the openings at the top of the infuser part where the water should come through.

DO NOT BUY THIS! You have to twist, unlock the cap and then DRINK. It's a process. IT LEAKS despite the many turns, twists and uncapping this bottle features. Also, the lid cracked within a week use.NOT SURE IF THIS IS SAFE- after rinsing the bottle with soap and taking precautions before putting drinking water in it, it still MAKES MY WATER SMELL LIKE PLASTIC! The plastic smell is so strong. It turned my water sweet- I live in Washington state so I know the water quality is out of question here. It's not a good price for the quality.I am never ordering this again. It was a waste of money.

There is no seal in the lid... thus it leaks. Beware of all the fake reviews .... I would love this product too if it was free. I purchased food grade silicone caulk to make my own seal in the lid. Additionally, the latch pin holding the push button is not kept in place by anything... thus it can wiggle out.

Good product worked as expected

The metal hinge on the lid rusted within a week. After 2 months, the strap snapped while I was holding it, causing the whole thing to drop to the floor, where it immediately cracked. This product was a total waste of money.

I bought this infuser because it had a snap top closure. The closure requires a knife or some other flat object to wedge open the cap. Once opened, the whole cap falls apart- a spring the closure, and the rod holding in place the cap. Can be put back together, but hard to open again and once again falls apart. Could be used without snap top, but rather return and get something different.
