It was very difficult to remove the paper backing. Read an online review that suggested cutting the paper backing in the center and peeling it off, that worked. Couldn’t grab the edges with my nails, kept pulling the foam too. That being said, the thickness of the product is nice , but like some that are basically vinyl stickers.
