Royal Albert New Country Roses Polka Rose Tea Set, 3-Piece

This tea kettle with cream and sugar set is so beautiful. It is perfectly made and sits flat on the table along with all the other china pieces I bought from the Royal Albert "Miranda Kerr" and "new country roses" product lines. I really enjoy the high quality!!

This polka Rose pattern coordinates perfectly with New Country Roses Pink and New Country Roses White pieces. Every time I use this set, I get a room full of ooh's and aaah's even from very sophisticated ladies. Mix and match the pieces from the three collections for that coordinated-yet-mis-matched perfectly look for your tea party. Note: This is very fine bone china, and should not be used by unsupervised children. The pieces are very sharp when broken. Functionally, Royal Albert knows a good tea set. One piece of advise, use a tea warmer if you will be taking tea with friends for hours. The tea light candle flames do not damage the teapot.

Love it, but disappointed it was made in China and not in England as stated, came with a bit of mold inside the teapot, and all three smelled like mold, which was a bit concerning, hence the four stars. Took a good washing to get rid of the smell. Otherwise - sturdy, large pot, contains enough tea for 3-4 people. The set is light green, I though it was light blue due to the pics I saw. Not spectacular, but still pretty. If you are looking for something more flamboyant, go with the rose petals ones.

This set is so lovely! I ordered it when it was marked down to $88 and cannot believe the bargain that I got. The colors are so delicate and the design is even prettier in real life than in the pictures. I was a little worried that something might break during shipping, but everything was packaged so carefully that there was no danger of that happening. The set comes in a pretty box for storage, with padding inside for each piece. The box itself was wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a larger box for shipping. At first I thought I would just get the teapot, creamer and sugar bowl, but now I plan to buy the matching teacups, saucers, and dessert plates.

Royal Albert China is beautiful, nice quality and dainty, very feminine. I have ordered several pieces from Amazon for family members. However, the wrong “pattern” was sent this last time. Upon returning it, the original pattern I ordered was no longer available. Disappointing...

I am very happy with my purchase of the Polka Rose 3-piece tea set, salad plate, and tea cup and saucer boxed set. I always get compliments for it whenever I use it. It's like drinking out of a work of art! You can definitely see through the bone china when held up to a light, which I understand is highly desirable. The tea set arrived several days earlier than the stated delivery date, which I was happy about. There was, however, a chip on the creamer/milk jug so I returned it, but I got a replacement within two days. The tea cup and saucer boxed set arrived perfectly fine. The plate also arrived on time and intact. I don't care if it was made in England or China, I am looking forward to expanding my collection!

This is going to be a Christmas gift for my daughter and arrived in a beautiful storage box. The color is so much prettier in real life and the set is lovely. My daughter is only 12 and has wanted a real tea set for a while. This will be something she will keep forever.

My mistake, I ordered this in August for a Christmas gift. Just opened it and the teapot cover is broken. I now have a gift I can't give and no recourse.
