Doesn’t fit as well as name brand light weight athletic hats

I bought this hat mainly for visibility. I am satisfied in that regard. (I could signal aircraft with it!) It is well made and comfortable. However, I have one beef. There is no liner around the sweatband. The hat is one continuous piece of twill. The Arizona summer heat is brutal. Lots of perspiration. After several wet/dry cycles, a bathtub ring forms around the sweatband. I have to scrub out the black every week. Who needs this? I have taken to wearing a stretchy hairband underneath the hat just to preserve its life. Be prepared to nursemaid this cap.

Wife bought me this hat. Apparently my old one was dirty. It's a good comfortable hat that fits well. Bright yellow with reflective visor. Shows no signs of wear or breaking down which is good for me. I should probably wash it...other than that it's in good shape.

I bought this for my dad for Father’s Day. It serves its function, it’s definitely cooling, but it didn’t fit. Maybe he just has a big head but I feel like his head is normal size and perhaps the hat is a bit small.

I bought this hat because I was in need of a new fishing hat after I lost my old one. After receiving the hat of course I tested it out. The hat itself looks very high quality for the price. And no sun gets in your eyes while wearing it which is the main purpose of the hat. The only downside I have is the comfort. It kind of pushes into your forehead a bit and can be a bit uncomfortable if you wear it for long periods. If you're looking for a hat just to wear outside for a few hours than this hat can be good. But if you are like me and like wearing hats for a lot more than just a few hours, I don't think this is the right choice for you.

I had this when I went to Disney in Florida last June and it worked great. I got it wet with cold water and it helped keep my head cool. Definitely a good buy👍

I'm bald and need to wear a hat at all times for sun protection, so I purchased this hat to wear while in the water at the beach on a recent vacation. It's a good hat for that - the strap kept it in place and it's pretty light-weight. The crown is a little larger than I like, though, and while it's a comfortable hat, it isn't "comfortable enough" for me to wear all the time - I always wear a hat, so I usually purchase ones that are very comfortable and more expensive than this. It worked great for what I purchased it for.

the crown is simply too large. My husband and I each got one of these, OSFM, but even my sweetie’s XL noggin doesn’t fill the crown. You can imagine, then, that my bean leaves a lot of negative space. So no, one size doesn’t fit most if it doesn’t fit either of us (me with a regular ol’ lady head and the hubs with his manly noodle). Then, needing to tighten the band means the crown crinkles up even *more*. I’ve not decided yet if I’ll return mine and try to find something smaller.

Super light hat, often I forget that I'm wearing it, looks great, nice design, and very cool when sunny. With all these qualities it also means that the material and stitching are sensitive, so it can get damaged if not looked after properly. I have been wearing it for two weeks, almost on a daily basis under very hot sunny days and it's done a great job, especially when playing sports.

I have a very big head. Around 60cm I believe and I needed a big cap to wear under my helmet as I go cycling. This was perfect size out of the box and onto my head. Litterally didn't change the back size for it. Keeps me nice and cool

I mostly bought it because I needed a light hat for running. I saw the 'cooling' functionality but assumed it was hyperbole. Was pleasantly surprised to find that it really does stay cool.

Great hat. Helps keep you cool. Doesn't show stains like other hats. Keeps head from getting hot. Would buy again.
