GREAT laptop!i
LOVE this laptop, and it arrived three days sooner than promised by the shipper!I needed to upgrade my husband's and my laptops which were both running Windows 7 - His was too old to handle an update to Windows 10, so I updated my HP Envy to Windows 10 and gave it to him (He loves it since it is so much faster than his old one). I ordered this 13" with the HD touchscreen to replace my 15.6 Envy. It's small enough I can fit it into my commuter backpack and lightweight enough that I easily use it in place of my old iPad. Battery doesn't seem to last as long as advertised, but I think that's user-dependent; I probably need to adjust my settings. Overall I am VERY HAPPY with this model!

I wish I got the 10 generation but this one beautiful machine and I am glad I got it.

Stopped working
I'm just glad I had insurance because the charging port konked out and was unrepairable. This laptop wasn't even 2 years old. If it wasn't for the insurance I would be at a huge loss. Truly disappointed, would not recommend.
