Previously I had been taking gummy multivitamins because they seemed easier but when I seen no improvement I was really surprised by how the multivitamins weren’t meeting the daily recommended allowances and this is where these vitamins stand out. There’s no smell, taste or after taste and they’re average size so easy to swallow. Since starting them I’ve noticed an overall improvement in my health, particularly in my hair, nails, skin and energy however I’ve also been researching supplements for perimenopause/ menopause and at the minute the only supplements I need to increase is calcium which I’m likely getting from my diet anyway and magnesium which I take at night.
