Very good vinegar
I use this for salad dressing and soaking mustard seed in to make whole mustard seed spreads. Such a nice balanced acidity and flavor.

Really tasty vinegar!
We like to use this to make homemade salad dressing with. It's a bit pricey but it's hard to find organic Champagne vineger!

Good enough
Nothing exceptional or exciting about it, but it’s fine for the price point.

Busted lid
This bottle was carefully wrapped but somehow managed to have a broken cap. The inside was dripping with the vinegar from the bottle's content. Yuk!

A great finishing vinegar but also excellent as an ingredient.
Not sure what is meant by "warmth" in a vinegar, but I love this vinegar. I have purchased it several times.

Way too strong!
I have the organic version of this same vinegar, and just opened the bottle. Strongest vinegar I have ever tasted, and it also has a very strong alcohol smell and aftertaste. It's extremely acidic, not sure I'll be able to use this for anything other than as a cleaning product. I'm here looking for another champagne vinegar. Too bad, because it was organic and expensive.

great vinegar, bad seller
This vinegar is an incredible product. Light, flavorful, makes amazing dressings and marinades; BUT this seller is selling very old bottles. It's no wonder some people say it's too acidic. Because the vinegar is naturally made and not chemically altered or heat processed, it's a living vinegar. Meaning it has some of the healthy "mother" still active in it. If it's left in a bottle for years, it will continue to age (much like wine ages in a bottle) and will become more acidic over time. Buy the vinegar from a different seller. It's sooooo good! Especially as a simple dressing: 1/3 olive oil, 1/3 vinegar, 1/3 natural sweetener (organic maple syrup or honey). You can also add a brown mustard and herbs to it for a yummy dressing.
