Surface Hair - Awaken Kit: Shampoo, Conditioner, Scalp Elixir and Therapeutic Treatment - for Thinning Hair, Hair Loss and Thickening

I have been using Surface Hair Awaken Kit for several years. When I started with this product, which my cosmetologist recommended, I was loosing hair in clumps. I noticed that my hair was not falling out and gradually began thickening. It took a while but bald spots in my hair began to fill back in. My cosmetologist was amazed when she saw the difference.

I love these products. I have some from a previous purchase and love them.

I had high expectations for the Surface Awaken System. For the price, I expected a premium experience that included the complete system: shampoo, conditioner, scalp elixir, and treatment.Instead, I opened the box and thought I had accidentally ordered the DIY Mystery Edition.The packaging clearly has designated spots for all four products, yet I received three bottles awkwardly swimming around in a box with an empty space that practically screams, “Something should be here.” It honestly looked like someone packed my order, got distracted halfway through, and said, “Eh… close enough.”For a company marketing itself as a professional, therapeutic hair care brand, quality control should be better than this. When you’re charging premium prices, customers shouldn’t have to play detective to figure out whether products are missing or if the packaging is just designed to induce trust issues.Now I get to spend my time driving to return their mistakes while spending additional unwanted money on emotional food support on the way instead of actually trying the scalp treatment I paid for.The products may be wonderful—I honestly can’t say because my “complete treatment system” apparently decided to identify as a partial treatment system before it got to my door.Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.Chicken nuggets cover and smothered in zesty sauce here I come..

Bought this for my daughter for to the hair loss she experienced due to pregnancy. She was so upset that her hair was just falling out no matter what vitamins and other treatments she tried. I decided to take a chance and buy her this for Christmas when it was on sale, and it works!! She can't say enough about this product. She said she could feel it working right away and the hair loss stopped right away and within a couple of weeks she could visibly see all the new hair growth. This was a life saver for her and WELL worth the money. I'm writing this after she has been using it for 3 months and her hair stronger than ever and she said she still has a lot of product left.

So wanted to love this. Lost some hair during menopause and was hoping to thicken it back up. The thing is you have to use everyday to keep that baby fine hair that comes in growing. I don’t wash my hair everyday and if you use everyday and don’t wash it totally messes up your style. The serum and spray is what I use and I don’t care for the shampoo and conditioner. Makes my hair feel rough. Probably the caffeine in it. I didn’t notice enough regrowth to purchase again, except maybe the serum. Won’t do the whole kit. The serum is the best product in the set. I

I honestly never leave reviews, but I can say I ordered this a month ago and can already tell the difference. My hair is stronger, fuller, and I lose less hair in the shower and when brushing. I have always struggled with thin hair, and recently have been struggling with more hair loss. I was hesitant at first due to the price of the bundle, but honestly it is worth the investment to feel my confidence in my hair return. I was embarassed to put my hair in a ponytail/bun due to the thinning, and this has restored my confidence. If you are struggling with hair loss or thinning, I definitely reccomend!
