I liked that it came with the detachable carabiner type clip (I'm keeping this for my next one.) Mine only lasted about 4 months before needing to be replaced. Otherwise, it was great while it lasted! If you are ok with replacing it every 4 months, This 3 pack would last about a year. I have had others from other brands break in similar ways, it seems badge pulls in general are not made to last.

HORRIBLE! I bought these with the belief that they were truly "heavy duty". I'm a nurse & I use the retractable badge to swipe in and out constantly throughout my shift - THESE DIDN"T EVEN MAKE IT A MONTH!!DO NOT BUY THESE! THEY ARE NOT DURABLE - and DEFINITELY not heavy duty! Absolute waste of money.

retractable wire is very thin. 1 of my 3 dropped my badge on the floor with broken cable within 30 days.

Cheap cheap cheaply made. Two fell apart right away. The last one is still holding up.

This is better quality than the plastic ones but they are bigger than the plastic ones. The diameter is 1.5"

They break easily

So after years of replacing badge holders I have finally found a product that is strong enough to hold all of my id's on one badge holder. It is well worth the purchase.
