DIVINA All-Natural Garlic-Stuffed Olives, 13.4 Ounce

These are terrific olives! - Divina stuffed with garlic (product of Greece). I really don't think you'll find a better olive (follow hint below). They're very tender, meaty, mild taste, and with a good size garlic piece inside. I use to buy them all the time at a couple of local organic grocery stores but they disappeared years ago for some reason. I just decided to try them again on-line now, an they're still just as good. If you can get them in the mid 40's to 50's for a case of 6 jars (as I did with this seller - CG trade), that's a decent price, and just somewhat more than what I use to get them for in the local stores. HINT! - pour the water out of the jar and replace with distilled water and put in the refrigerator (distilled water from any local grocery store). After 2 or 3 days the taste really mellows out and it becomes the best olive ever! That's how I have them all the time - a couple straight from the jar every day. Again, I really don't think you'll find a better olive. Maybe it's this type from Greece, I don't know. And particularly if you follow this preparation hint.

Product was packed in a plastic bag instead of a box...two out of three jars leaked all the juice out. None of these jars were sealed which means they could of easily been contaminated. I will never reorder this product again.

You have to appreciate garlic if you want to appreciate these olives. Very delicious, especially with a cut of sharp cheddar cheese.

These olives are my absolute favorite. I can no longer find them in any stores near me so I order them online. I have had good luck with other sellers. I tried this one for the first time. had never seen the larger jar, so I was pleased with that option. I opened the olives and immediately knew they had a weird smell. I went to serve them, and they actually smelled putrid. Kind like vomit. Now I know these olives like the back of my had. They do not smell like that normally. I hoped for a return or a refund at least. But when I tried I was shut down. That’s $13 down the tubes.

Love these olives. Will buy over and over again.
