I love these pans so much! I do a lot of wok cooking, and this wok was a must! It's a little on the heavy side, but I prefer it's sturdiness and balance. A pleasure to cook with and easy to clean @

I normally use a carbon steel wok, but I got this for cooking acid dishes or adding pineapple and such to dishes or lemons which don't treat the carbon steel wok well and damage its seasoning. This is a very very good wok for a gas stove, even with a flat bottom. It responds the changes in heat level (flame) pretty quickly for a non-traditional wok. The one drawback I have found, which is unexpected and almost brings it from 5 to 4 stars is that because the bottom is small compared to the size of the wok (which is unavoidable due to the wok shape) on an electric burner vs a gas burner is tends to not heat up quickly because the contact area compared to the size of the wok is modest. On gas, there is none of this problem.The non-stick surface is superb.The lid with the knob to close or open and allow a bit of steam to escape works exceptionally well. This is an absolutely fantastic lid. I can start with it closed and build up steam which begins to get the vegetables going quickly. Then, as soon as they begin to lose water as they begin to cook, I can rotate the knob and the amount of water retained in the wok is kept down so that I don't get that 'soup' effect one can see with tons of veggies as they begin to cook in a sealed lid system.

This is the 2nd Swiss Diamond I've purchased for my mother in-law, who cooks a lot. She says she loves the high-wall wok design, and cleanup is a snap. It's been over a month and I've heard no complaints. The surface appears to be holding up quite nicely.

Purchased December, 2014 and have to be replaced after 4 years because they rusted.

I want to say, the product is not bad, just because I received it without lid, and after I return it and make an order again, there's still no lid! At last I make an order for a single lid for $41 and Amazon gave me refund of the lid.It's terrible for this shop feeling and please make sure you can accept it without lid before you make the order from this seller!

A great wok, we had it because it is cheaper than the non-induction version. If there is any downside, the bottom shows a bit rust, and heavier than the non-induction version.

Special surface is good for cook, no matter meat or fish, perfect to cook, very easy to clean. Apply less oil could still make good delicious food.

I have the complete line of Swiss diamond and love them all. This is new and it is a workhorse, slow to get hot but when it does it is great.

By the instruction, it shows that it can be non-stick for 5 years, but it had been stick just in half a year.

I am building a full set of these non stick Swiss Diamond pots and pans because I find them to be the best on the market. Expensive but worth the price.

ho acquistato da un paio di mesi questo wok, non propriamente economico, ma di altissima qualita'. Rsparmiero' un po e comprero' altri pezzi della serie. Cotture perfette, antaderenza perfetta.

Quite good to use, but scratches easily like any other non-stick pan. This is not what the marketing implies. Mine became scratched when placed on top of other things when washing up.Overpriced for what is just a good quality non-stick pan.
