Pilot Namiki IC100 Fountain Pen Ink Cartridges, Black, 12-Pack

I use these in my Pilot Kakuno fountain pen and they work really well. The cartridges are easy to put in, not messy, and the black ink writes smoothly. I like that I can just pop one in and keep writing without dealing with bottled ink. The color is a nice basic black, good for everyday writing, journaling, notes, or whatever else I’m using my pen for.

These cartridges are easy to use, I've never had to deal with a mess from one, and they go with my favorite pen. They're a winner all around.

I love this pen!!!Great quality & great price!

Works with other fountain pens. Easy to use, good quality ink.

I like this product, because it is easy to change out and not messy and useful for when you are on the go. The ink doesn't come with any instructions, so if you are new to these cartridges you will unscrew the neck from the pen barrel of your fountain pen, firmly insert your cartridge by putting it in straight without turning or twisting (the larger end with the valve cover is what will be pointing down), and you should feel or hear a click when the cartridge is fully inserted. You can give the cartridge 2-3 squeezes and the ink should start flowing through your pen with ease. If it doesn't, then there may be an issue with your pen nib, or you haven't given enough time for the ink to flow (but it shouldn't take very long). One thing to take into consideration when using the cartridges is that you will go through them quickly (nib size could affect this too), especially if you write a lot with your pen. I use these cartridges with my Pilot metropolitan (fine nib) to write case notes with and went through a cartridge in 11 days. So you will go through the pack rather quick and they won't last say as long as having a bottled ink, but again, they are convenient if you are on the go.

The Pilot Namiki ink cartridges are a perfect match for the Pilot Kalinin fountain pen. They fit securely, install easily, and deliver a smooth, consistent ink flow right from the first stroke. No skipping, no hard starts—just clean, reliable writing every time. The ink quality is excellent. The black and blue-black colors are rich and sharp, with good dry time and minimal feathering, even on regular paper. They’re also low-maintenance—great for everyday writing or quick note-taking without worrying about cleaning converters or dealing with bottled ink. These cartridges are proprietary, so they only work with Pilot or Namiki pens—but for Kalinin users, that’s not a downside. They’re super convenient, portable, and leak-free, making them ideal for students, professionals, or anyone on the go.While they don’t offer the capacity of a converter or the color range of bottled ink, they make up for it with ease of use and reliability. If you’re using the Kalinin and want a clean, mess-free refill option, these cartridges are a no-brainer.Highly recommended for any Pilot fountain pen user looking for simplicity and performance in one.

Great ink. This is my second box.

Got these to use with my pilot Kaküno pen and they work great. Quality is pretty good though if you use them for more than writing the ink will run out fast.Depending on the paper it can bleed through a bit, but overall really worth the cost

La uso para una pluma de la misma marca y muy bien

PerfectforPiotfountainpens.

Perfect fit for Pilot Kakuno Fountain penI was amazed at how quickly I went through ink with my new pen so quickly ordered these. They arrived quickly and as expected so I needn’t have panicked quite so much. They are exactly the same size and shape as the original cartridge. The ink runs smoothly and I have had no problems with it.Since The Pilot Kakuno only takes Pilot inks, this is a must buy. I would recommend buying at the same time as your new pen as you will need them quickly!12 in a pack and inexpensive so I don’t mind them running out quickly if that’s what it takes to have beautiful writing. This is a genuine, honest, not for reward, review.
