If you know of anyone or have anyone in your family that suffers from constipation, Colonew is amazing to help get the colon back to its original function! My oldest son suffered for years with chronic constipation, and his pediatrician recommended constantly taking MiraLax, which only bandaided the situation. Colonew was a Godsend as he took it religiously for 1 month and then gradually weaned off over the next 2 months and now only very rarely takes it, and never has to take anything else for constipation. Update June 2019... my youngest son started getting really sick last October (2018). Every other week he seemed to be sick with something, and the doctor's response was to just give him Amoxicillin. By January he was feeling so sick he was missing days of school. We went to see a gastroenterology specialist at our local children's hospital and she was at a loss. She placed him on medication that caused him to sleep 18 to 20 hours, which is not normal for a 14 year old boy. She switched him to another medicine which caused him to be in the bathroom 45 minutes of each hour feeling like he was dry heaving or going to vomit. The next medicine she put him on caused a significant amount of heartburn... it just kept getting worse. It wasn't until March that we went in for an x-ray, and they saw the blockage in his colon and were worried about potential appendix rupture from the fecal Stones he had. He had missed all but one half day in February of school and in March he missed all but two half days. In the emergency room, the doctors were trying to make sure they didn't sound too worried, but you could tell when we had three Physicians come in at different points in the three hours we were there, that there was something wrong. They recommended we start with a Miramax flush, 3 scoops per day for three days, then two scoops per day for 3 days, then one scoop per day for the unforeseeable future. When doing the Miralax flush, my son was in so much pain, and his stomach hurt so bad. I thought, there has to be a better alternative. So, I decided to have him try Colonew in a similar fashion, starting with three tablets per day for three days, two tablets per day for three days and then one tablet per day to see what happened. This product made all the difference for him! He said his stomach didn't hurt nearly as bad on this product as it had on the Miralax. He was able to go back to school the second week of April and even was able to catch up on everything he'd missed and feel like a normal fourteen-year-old again. I don't know what caused the blockage other than that the natural flora and fauna were probably killed by all the amoxicillin he was given. So Colonew helped repair his system. He now only takes a tablet every now and then, like once a month. This product is amazing! I can't say enough how much it has helped my family get back to a regular life!

This product provide gentle relief, however ots too gentle for me. I’ve tried products in the past that work within in a few hours and this product took almost 24 hours. If you’re looking for gentle relief, this works well. I didn’t have any cramping or uncomfortable pain.

I like that it is manufactured in the USA. I have not yet tried this but have heard good things.

I love Bio Source and have ordered a lot of their products and will continue to do so (I’ll just be sure to fully inspect) but this one had the “sealed for your protection” cover ripped open. It wasn’t just a loose seal, the paper is ripped from the sides. Also the plastic seal around the outside of the cap was sealed so I had to remove it to open the bottle. There were also 61 pills inside instead of 60. That could be just a packaging miscount but with the inner seal ripped and the outer seal intact, I didn’t want to risk it. I immediately contacted customer service and they gave me a refund, no problem. So I’m not upset at all, other than I don’t have the product to use.

This product 100% worked for my body after consistently using 7-10 days. I take it regularly every day and it has worked wonders. I followed their directions of taking 2 capsules first thing in the morning with a full glass of water and waiting 30-45 minutes before eating anything. I have struggled for years being chronically constipated and trying many other products. This is gentle and effective!! I have never been so regular.

This is an excellent product if you are having regularity issues. You'll be squeaky clean after using this for about a week!
