Great PC! Awesome Price! Outstanding Customer Service!
I was looking for a powerful computer to replace my aging one but as I'm not a gamer, I wasn't looking for something for top of the line, just something that I won't outgrow for many years. I found it here!This refurb Dell, i7, 1TB computer came with all the necessities to be a solid office computer for years to come. It came with a WiFi adapter, built-in Ethernet, DVD drive, several USB ports, power cable, mouse, and keyboard. In fact, it actually had a 2TB HD even though the published specs only called for 1TB. Bonus!Delivery was fast (about a week) and the packaging was very good. As one might expect of a used computer, I did have one issue with it. The CPU fan was making weird noises and the BIOS began giving a CPU fan error. I e-mailed TekRefurbs on Sunday about the problem and on Tuesday I had a new fan. Installation was very simple and now the computer works perfectly!I highly recommend TekRefurbs and will remember them when I need another computer!

Great for the price
Use it for work from home. Works great. Not good for high graphics stuff like games, would need a high graphics card...

Exceptional Power
We bought this unit to replace an aging dinosaur PC which had served us well. The new Dell is fast, set up effortlessly and was easy to install MS Office on which we also bought from Amazon. Simply a fast, high performing PC. Very happy with this purchase. Five stars.

Warning. Watch What You Purchase.
My negative review is really my own fault. I knew when I first turned on the computer and the sound it made, something was wrong. Sure enough, there was a mechanical drive installed. I went back and read the description and it DOES SAY MECHANICAL DRIVE. Why am I upset and leaving NEGATIVE review? The 240Gb SSD version sells for $40 less. I purposely looked for a 1Tb drive. Who puts a mechanical drive into a PC today? Plus the drive is the infamous Hitachi "Death Star"! I really think this deceptive and not a practice I want to continue doing business with. And I purchased quantity two!

This unit does not have a HDMI port.
The unit does not have an HDMI port.One reviewer said that it does, but that is not true.Just opened my new PC yesterday.If you look at the picture of the back of the PC, youcan see 2 ports that are not USB's, but they are not HDMI ports.
