Do these have any sweat/water resistance?

Although this does not have an IP (Ingress Protection) rating, the earbuds could have a P2i coat or nanocoat that can protect against sweat, Sony is known for making products that aren't supposedly water/sweat resistant but have been able to stand sweat or water just fine. Another thing to possibly subdue any worries is that airpods do not have any water or sweat resistance either, but a lot of people work out in them and they survive just fine. Same with the last generation TW earbuds from sony, the WF-1000X, they were not water or sweat resistant at all either, but a lot of owners would exercise in them and there would be no problems. So no, sweating lightly or non-intensive workouts wont damage the buds. If you do want earbuds similar to these but want an IP rating on them, there are the WF-SP700N. They have noise cancelling too, but there are quite a few downsides with them.

Does it support aptx?

Hello, Unfortunately, this unit supports A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, and HSP. Regards, Jay

How many devices can this be paired to at once? Can it be simultaneously connected to two at a time?

Hello, Ray! Thank you so much for your inquiry. The headset can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time. Thanks! - Romeo

Can you use both the left and right buds independently of each other?

Hello, Duncan Mclaurin! No, when you play music or other stereo audio while wearing only one unit, you will hear the sound of either left or right channel depending on the unit you are wearing. You cannot hear monaural sound with the left and right channels mixed. Regards, David
