I don’t know how to explain it, but I had had issues with my knee and eventually my entire leg to where I was in 24/7 pain and I wanted to amputate my leg, not literally but. I’m on statins and I think that’s what caused the pain and when I started taking this within a week the 24/7pain I’ve had for two years is gone and it hasn’t come back. No ortho could fix, no chiropractor could fix, no doctor could fix the pain but this did.

Shoulda Subscribed Sooner!
Apparently been buying this for eight years so I finally subscribed. Some recommendations I've gleaned: ALA is 50-100 mg/day min for general antioxidant support, ALC is 500 mg/day min, CoQ10 100 mg/day min for heart health -- you should do your own homework but I take ONE capsule of this great Nature's Lab product to kick off the day at breakfast which addresses the CoQ10 and ALA, and with a little additional ALC at lunch you will be all set on these supplements without insomnia! I also take a Quercetin w/Bromelain at breakfast, an appropriate multivitamin with lunch, a little aspirin every three days, as well as an extra Quercetin-plus C, D and Zinc cap at dinner in Winter.

It works, but 1 bottle covers about 2 months.
They work, but I can only take one capule daily; otherwise, I get muscle cramps especially in my calves.
