Juki Genuine Defrix Sewing Machine Oil No.1 600ml

This oil is recommended for my Juki TL98-Q that I use for machine quilting. The machine is an investment, so I want to use the best oil. I wondered how to get it into an oiler, which I didn't buy, and this has occurred to me: Pour a bit of this oil into a small, clean glass (custard size) cup and use the oiler that came with the machine to "suck up" the oil into it. A small plastic drip bottle with a red cap came with my machine, but it's now empty. I don't want to pour out the oil from a Zoom bottle, so I will siphon-up the oil into this small container. My problem now is: How to get the large bottle open? It is sealed underneath the blue screw top.

Got this oil as it was recommended for my sewing machine. Seems a bit on the high side but considering thats what was recommended and the machine was pretty expensive, I'd get no less. Just wish there was an easy way to get the oil in a smaller container so as to use on the machine.

This is probably more oil than a person could reasonably use, but its the only game in town for the exact oil for Juki.

My Juki sewing machine manual specified this brand of oil so I bought it. As far as I know, it does what it is supposed to do. It comes in a large bottle, so I put some in a small bottle with an eye dropper which makes it easy to use. The initial purchase price may seem like a lot, but it should last a long time.

Great oil, but bottle is flawed. Hard to open the top, even after working with the vendor, who was very nice and accomidating. I needed the oil, so I didn't want to return it. I made it work, but bottle definitely has a design flaw.

It’s oil for Christ sakes. It’s the oil the manufacture recommends for there products. My wife says it’s hard to keep it off material being sewn. But after all, machines that use this oil are commercial machines, so deal with it.
