The clip on my broke within the first week. About a week ago the clip on hers broke as well. The metal just snapped right off. Cute concept, but poor execution. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable and so cute! *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2020* So far I’ve only used one of these because it has stayed together for so long! I typically run through about 4 these types of badge holders in a year. I bought the three pack thinking I could get almost a year’s use with one purchase. The holder I’m currently using has lasted over 7 months. No fraying of the cord, no retraction issues, the snap clip is perfectly intact and holds together despite being unclipped 2x per shift for time-clock swiping. I keep the extras in my work bag and gave away one of the holders when a co-worker’s holder broke. She’s been using it for over 4 months now . ### ⭐ Pass on these clips if you want great quality. *by J***G on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2020* Thankfully I only needed one clip. 1/3 clips I received was made poorly. Pass on these clips If you’re expecting everything to come in great condition. 2/3 clips are fine tho. In my photos, you can see where they didn’t stick the design on right. It’s over the edge. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/140356090-badge-reel-retractable-badge-holder-carabiner-with-alligator-clip-on](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/140356090-badge-reel-retractable-badge-holder-carabiner-with-alligator-clip-on) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
