Excellent kit, I'm actually a bigger man but it was perfectly substantial for me .Having the extra height helped as I can also use it as a bench for dumbbell workouts etc

There's a good amount of weight to this exercise step - not so much as to make it too heavy to move around, but solid enough that you don't feel like it's going to break underneath you. The feet are nice and grippy, as is the surface on the top, so it doesn't shift about (and you don't either), and the height adjustable feet store very neatly on the underside of the step.

Very difficult to remove the extra height pieces when lowering the height of the steps.

This stepper is sturdy and compact. The risers fit securely. Only slight niggle is that it has a tendency to occassionally slightly tip if you accidentally stand too near to the edge, which I sometimes do as it isn't quite as wide as some steppers I've used.

Looks good, not quite robust enough for doing box jumps on if you are heavier than the average woman (I asked a male client to do box jumps and the step made an alarming cracking noise, though each end, where the supports are, seem strong enough) Great for doing steps ups though.With my previous box, when I didnt want to additional height, one set of the feet could be housed in their 'away' position, under the step. You cant do that with this one. The housing wont seem to accommodate one set of raisers, if the other set is being used.Generally speaking, looks good and feels strong enough for womens exercises

Does the job, very compact. Length is short, so be aware if looking at replacing one like les mills. But works well anyhow.
