Sorry , the lunch box is not insulated. But the lunch bag may stay hot 1-2 hours.

I'm not sure of the exact ounces, but they each hold a lot. I love these lunch containers. The utensils are great, and the bag is adorable. They stay sealed well and I get compliments on them all the time.
