My son is 9 years old and suffers from a very low self-esteem several anxiety disorders and PTSD. Buying him a bracelet like this and other things that he can hold in his hand and see that say how proud I am of him helps him tremendously. Also it's a very nice bracelet and has held up very well despite the fact he keeps losing it everywhere throughout the house and we have to keep finding it when he panics about it.

My son loved this, he wore it so much that one day he forgot it at the pool and was so bummed that’s how much my 10 year old liked it. I’ll have to get another one. It also held up very well because he had worn it a lot.

This bracelet was a gift to my son .He liked it and was great for the price . The only negative thing was the writing is very small and not the best quality of ink used for the writing.
