Just what I'm looking for
Was sick of Levis falling apart so I bought one pair of Wrangler not sure if they would be right for me. Right out of the package they fit perfectly and feel great. Very happy and I'll be replacing all my garbage jeans now. Thanks Wrangler 😊

Good jeans at good price.
Nice color. Nice fit.Good quality jeans. Was skeptical they would be defects. If they are, I can’t find the issue.Glad I found these because my size is very difficult to find in general box stores. I bought 3 pairs. Very happy with them. They fit nice.

Great old school denim jeans.
Non-stretch denim with good weight. More like jeans used to be. These fit me better than the 13 Cowboy Cut.

'A more comfortable waist' is subjective
I suppose I wasn't fully aware of what I was ordering, but at the same time, it wasn't made abundantly clear.First of, let me say that I'm satisfied with these jeans. They're put together really well and the material is substantially better (well worth the price, without a doubt) than that standard Wrangler cowboy cut jeans. The front pockets are actually accessible both sitting and standing, and they feel a bit deeper, though it may just be a result of the angle they're at.I've always gotten pants in a x34 inseam, as x32 is too short most of the time. However, I'm somewhat uncertain about these. I wear them with pull-on western style work boots and there's a substantial amount of material bunching up around my shins. After a half dozen washes they've shrunk and mellowed enough to where it's not that big of a deal, but I was seriously considering rolling the cuffs up. Even regular Wrangler Cowboy Cut jeans in x34 don't bunch that much.In regards to the fit, it's pretty decent. Fits like a straight cut pair of Levi's jeans. The rise is substantially shorter than the original Cowboy Cut jeans, something that really made me enjoy the originals. Personally, I adore the high rise of the originals and they're in no way, shape or form uncomfortable, as any and all pressure is removed from the hips. The rear pockets aren't as high as they are on the original Cowboy Cut jeans, again something I was particularly fond of, as it made accessing my wallet while driving very easy. They do seem larger, which is nice. They'll probably stand up to work more than the regular Cowboy Cut jeans because of the weight of the material. The color is great, virtually identical to the rich indigo. They still look good with a button-up shirt, too.It doesn't seem right to give them a 4/5 star rating, as I wasn't completely certain of what I was buying (due in part to the lack of information on the fit). I just don't see the point in calling them cowboy cut jeans if they're such a drastic departure from the originals.I do have a pair of the George Strait edition of the cowboy cut jeans in the mail. I think that's what I'm looking for, more so a faithful replication of the cowboy cut jeans with a heavier material, not an updated cowboy cut.I still love them as work pants, but the 13MWZ will always be first in my heart.

REAL JEANS!
I've been disgusted with Levi's absolute nose dive in quality over the past decade. They advertise jeans as being heavy duty 100% denim and when they arrive they are paper thin and have 1% spandex in them. Those things being sold as "jeans" are garbage- they fall apart and stretch 20% over the course of a workday. I gave up on them after the 9th pair I bought just hoping to get one good pair-spoiler... I didn't! These wranglers ARE 100% HEAVY DENIM and they look and feel great (5'9" 217 lb muscular) I ordered another pair as soon as I took the first pair off at the end of my first day wearing them. I hope they hold up like I think they will. My local salvation army is about to get my whole drawer full of Levi's "jeans"... or flimsy hipster yoga pant BS as I like to call them.
