got this when my German Shepard was a pup she loved it was pretty durable but it did end up getting torn up over time nothing is perfect so ill still give it a 5 star

I bought this because of good reviews and I was very happy with it until recently. My labordoodle has had it for about a month or so and just recently it started falling apart under normal use. Unfortunately I'm going to have to toss it as the stuffing is coming out. I have no clue what it's stuffed with and I'm taking no chances.

Maia absolutely 100% recommends this delightful tug and bite toy. Tug is her very favorite game to play, and this provides a wonderful mouth feel for her, as well as multiple handholds for her people. The jute is very durable, though the string seams frayed within the first day. The seams themselves are still holding strong, but the visible strings have not fared well. Maia plays with this by herself, as well as with her people. She carries it around as she prances, she curls up with it during her naps. She just never tires of it! Her people appreciate how well it holds up, and how many different ways it can be used. Maia will fetch it, bite it, tug it. We have even been able to do some bite training by slipping both handles on the same arm and using it as a forearm shield. The one thing I would like to caution on is being aware of how deep a bite your dog gets in this toy. Maia was able to sink her canine entirely into the jute, up to her gum line, and that brings a risk of potentially breaking her tooth with too-rough playing. We were careful and she wasn't injured, but it's something to be mindful of.

This makes a fun reward object for dogs that like jute and or soft toys. Mine ripped the handles off but I have found those always the first to go. It’s put together pretty well. It is not designed for prolonged chewing and a strong dog could tear it apart. As far as being used as a reward it does that just fine.

Great toy that he loved but both toys only lasted 3 days... I will say that I have an aggressive 5 month old German Shepherd.

My small dog destroyed this within 30 minutes I’m so disappointed!

My lab puppy has had this for 2.5 months now, and it has survived all the puppy teeth while playing tug! Note that I don't leave this with him unsupervised, as it's not really a chew toy, but it can take some gnawing and rough play, and there hasn't been any tears or holes so far. He's almost 5 mos now, so is teething for sure!!! He loves playing tug and I appreciate a handle on the opposite end far from those little razors he calls teeth!

Of all the toys bought for my German Shepherd, aside from loosing both of the handles, the center section remains and is played with constantly. She loves this thing. And it's the first toy that she doesn't seem able to destroy. If you care about keeping the two handles, just don't allow the dog any private time with the toy or they will chew them off.

Great Reward for Dogs. Super strong. I could lift a 40kg boxer on the bite with it. Those who say its weak got no freaking idea what they talking about. This is not meant to be a toy you give to the Dog and walk away. Its ONLY to play tug or to use as a quick reward.

This thing is holding up pretty good! Against my Malinois and dutch shepherds. Stitching is still tight and the jute hasn't really seperate at all either! Will buy another

Helped my baby boy tug all his baby teeth out. He loved it. Seems quite durable.
