A little on the sweet side but the taste of the mango is there and perfect. I use these to enhance the flavoring of my real fruit mango butter. I also add them in my ice teas, they make great mango ice tea. Monin is one of the highly recommend products I have used. I normally get them in store locally, but with covid, I have purchased them thru amazon and other retail online companies. I have also tried their peach flavoring and that is by far my favorite.

A lot of smoothie and lassi recipes suggested that mango pulp or puree makes a restaurant grade drink. I'd have to agree. While a bit pricy, this is a high quality product. Intense flavor and nice packaging. I used about one-half cup of this puree along with a generous cup of plain yogurt, half-cup of milk, and couple cups of ice and made a truly refreshing drink. This is a sweetened puree, so check before you add the honey or sugar called for in many recipes. The smoothie was fine without added sweeteners.

Great tasting mango puree. I used it for my protein smoothie using a banana, 1oz mango puree, 1 cup milk, 1 scoop protein and half cup of ice. Came out delicious. Looking forward to trying out the strawberry and banana puree.

I use this for a Dragonfruit Refresher Dupe. It's great and waaaay less expensive than Starbucks. Recipe: 1 cup White Grape Juice 1 pump Mango Puree 1 tsp Dragon Fruit Powder (I buy the freeze dried dragonfruit pieces and just crush them) 1/4 tsp Green Coffee Bean Powder (only if you want caffeine, doesn't affect the flavor) Water and Ice to Taste **Add 1/2 cup Lemonade if you want a more tart flavor **Add 1/2 cup Coconut Milk for a Dragon Drink -- Note-- I keep my mango puree in the refrigerator to last longer.

Excellent value , great taste. Had to take off stats for the crack pouring spout. Needs better packing.
