Great Low Carb Bread Company - Fettuccine Pasta, 8 ounces - 2 Packs

I'm Italian- American. I love to cook. I love to eat. I have been on the keto diet for about 6 months now and have enjoyed being on it very much. Linguine and clam sauce was a weekly staple before keto, and I found myself missing it.I came across this pasta by mistake and became intrigued. I read the reviews carefully and took the plunge. The pasta was delivered today and rushed it inside to make linguine (fettuccine) and clam sauce.Here's my take on it. I boiled my portion in salted water for about 20 minutes. This took the "noodle" just past aldente. I tested the pasta along the way, which I would recommend. I was a little worried when the flavor was a teeny bit "fishy," but it was not off putting. I poured my clam sauce on top and gently incorporated the two together. The noodles broke a bit. DO NOT STIR VIGOROUSLY. The pasta will break apart.The texture: It's more mealy than traditional, bouncy pasta. The texture is actually pretty nice! With ALL that said, I am very pleased with my purchase. I see they also make Orzo. I think that will be my next purchase!

I realize it can't taste like real pasta, otherwise it would be real pasta. The texture is really off. It doesn't have a good 'mouth feel'. I couldn't finish my serving. I have the orzo style on order andI think that might be more palatable since it's a much smaller noodle than the fettuccine. Fingers crossed.

I've thought these were atleast decent noodles and have purchased several times. But tonight I put them in instspot and man! Im in love! They are AMAZING! in instapot. About 15 minutes and done. No more boiling for an hour trying to get them étable! Love it! Reminds me of chef boy ar de!

I have eaten half of the order. Tried it with butter garlic sauce and Alfredo sauce. Everything is great until the sauce is gone which is quick. Then its like eating wet cardboard. I would rate it better than having no pasta but just barely.

Not much to dislike with this brand....good with tomato sauce or make a scampi sauce with seafood. Also have used this in homemade soups or with chicken parm...the ideas are endless. Will continue to purchase!

I really didn't like the fettuccine at all. It was sticky and tasteless.

We love this... it’s a great substitute for regular fettuccine noodles. We like to make blackened chicken, broccoli, Alfredo with them.
