Is this product lactose free?

This product contains lactose from both the whey protein and the casein.

I was just wondering if this product had bugs in it and because I heard this company had bugs in a different powder gainer? I am new to this company

Thankfully I didn't see any bugs in my jars, I only bought it twice though.

Is there arsenic in this product? i see on the label - a table with the mcg's of arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead...what is this all about???

Those results mean No heavy metals were detected. 3.21 mcg is the smallest number detectable by the testing method. The < means below the limits of detection or none detected. It's an extra test we don't usually see on products.
