Just what I needed for the storms. Working great when the power goes out, on,out on during bad weather.

I recently purchased the CyberPower ST425 Standby UPS System, and it's exactly what I needed for protecting my electronics. This compact unit offers 425VA/260W of backup power, which is perfect for keeping my essential devices running during short power outages or preventing data loss from unexpected surges. With 8 outlets, I have plenty of space to plug in my computer, monitor, modem, and other peripherals. The compact size is a major plus – it fits neatly under my desk without taking up much space. The black finish is also sleek and blends in well. Setup was incredibly easy; I just plugged it in and connected my devices. It provides peace of mind knowing that my equipment is protected from power fluctuations and that I'll have a few minutes of backup power to save my work and shut down properly during an outage. I use CyberPower UPS's on all of my computers and modems. The batteries last about 5 years and I had to replace one unit in 8 years. They have worked through a number of power failures, and I have used them to recharge cell phones during a power failure. The units give clean power when using a portable generator during a power failure (not a whole house generator).

The electricity went out very briefly a moment ago. It’s the first chance I’ve had to see if it does work. And it absolutely does. I have a Mac Mini M4, 6 external desktop drives, and a monitor on the UPS side of the device. When the electricity failed, the unit gave a single beep, alerting me and giving me time to turn on the monitor and begin shutting down. Luckily it all came back on before that was necessary. But it would absolutely would have allowed for that much time. It’s affordable and well made by a solid company! I’m going to get a couple more for another cluster of computers.

CyberPower ST425 Standby UPS System. I got tired of resetting modem and routers each time the power surged or went out for a few seconds. This UPS fit right into the media wall box, simple to use with outlets staggered and flipped positions. In the first week it got its first power outage and performed seamlessly. I don't know how long it could have run with this low load, this time it was only a few minutes. I could just unplug it and see, but, nah, I ain't doing that! Well packaged, easy to set up, reasonable price, fast shipping, good seller!

So far I am happy with this item. It is working as it was intended.

I have a port replicator and 2 x 27" inch monitors on this unit to cover time before backup power kicks in... works flawlessly and can provide enough power for at least an hour (that's as long as I've tested). Great little unit.

Compré este no break por temor que el ps5 se me fuera a dañar en un apagon, hasta el momento ha funcionado con normalidad, de acuerdo a las instrucciones hay que cargar la pila por 8 horas y luego de eso, se conectan los equipos de interés, es importante tener en cuenta los watts que consumen los equipos que deseas conectar, por ejemplo el ps5 puede consumir maximo 250, con eso en mente decides cual se ajusta mejor a tus necesidades

So far, so good. Easy to set up (did not bother connecting the USB cable) and all seems good so far without any power outages. Outlets well-spaced. Some are surge protected and the other side surge protected and backup battery.

It arrived on time and in good working order. I plugged it in and waited 8 hours to fully charge the battery. Then I plugged everything I wanted to power with it. When I unplugged it everything I wanted to use the UPS for worked fine and when I downloaded the program to monitor the UPS with my computer it was easy to download and install.

Just bought two of these due to their higher ratings and while they seem well made and were easy to set up, it's too early to tell how well they work. One thing I don't like so far is the stupid beep it makes when power goes out. Like I really need that going off in the middle of the night. I don't need to be told, that's why I bought this thing to begin with. The power goes out and my security system and computer are protected. Why do I need to be awakened to be told that?
