Question 2

I want to purchase a swim cap I can wear over my hearing aids when doing aquatic therapy with patients. Will this have more room for the aids?

Accepted Answer

Dear Customer
thank you for your interest in our Swim Caps Ear Protection 3D.
These swimming caps were designed to comfortably cover swimmers' ears. Thus hearing aids should fit better than regular design swim caps.
However, it also depends on a summer's head size and shape. The size of our swimming cap is "one size fits all" which means it suits the majority of people. Nevertheless, it may happen that the swimming cap would be too small or too large. Therefore the best would be to try our swimming cap. Consider please that you have a 120-day money-back guarantee from our brand. In case you miss Amazon returns "window" you can contact us directly and we will refund your order if the swim cap does not match
Sincerely
Vela Stellare / Lahtak team

Question 3

Why am I being charged for something I returned

Accepted Answer

It could be one of several reasons. The most common is probably that the allowed return period has expired.
Or it may be that the item disappeared enroute back to Amazon. I had this happen, more than once. A certain shipping store, when I’d take my wrapped up package there, it wouldn’t ever make it back to Amazon. Silly me, I went there at least three times in the last few years, thinking it must have been an honest mistake. But it was too consistent for that.
Or it may be that the item can’t be resold for some reason such as damage or perhaps it was too broken in or used up to be sold again.
There are sure to be other reasons also.
If you go to your orders page, Amazon will have written there the reason(s) why you didn’t receive a refund. And if that doesn’t make sense to you, go to “Help” then follow the prompts until you can make a phone call. You’ll have a choice to call Amazon or be called by Amazon, or email or chat with the “help”.

Question 4

The ad says women, men and youth. does it fit all three groups? i don't see where this says a size, so i'm assuming that one size fits all?

Accepted Answer

Dear Customer
thank you for your interest in our Swim Cap 3D Ear Protection. Yes, this model can be described as "one size fits all" due to the stretchable silicone it's made of.
Also, we would like to remind you that, if, for any reason, you won't be satisfied with our swimming cap you can always return it and get a full refund. Even after the standard Amazon "return window" we guarantee your money back for 120 days after the purchase.
Sincerely
Vela Solare / Lahtak team
