The Path: Fire on the Mountain, Book 1

This book was something I needed at this very time in my life. When I inquired of Holy Spirit about some questions I had regarding a separate matter, the very next chapter in this book helped me process. It makes my soul continually “thirst for the true and living God. Life lessons in every chapter. The thing that comes through for me more than anything else is to keeping moving upward and forward in Christ. My heart’s desire.

This contains much wisdom for the hour we are walking through. Read it again and again. Seek first His Kingdom…

This book was fantastic! I have read Rick's previous books of his encounters and trances and such. This to me was extremely timely and so revelatory. This book convicted me in areas of my life that i really needed. One of the things i have always loved about Rick's books is it is very personally applicable, and big picture applicable. The thing I've always loved about his writings of his revelation is that he will look at himself and apply the revelation to his own life instead of making it big picture first. This book makes you reflect on yourself and become very self aware of issues you may be dealing with (knowingly or unknowingly) and also what the body could be dealing with also. It is an encouraging book that causes you to remember the greatness of God and remember who you are in Him. I love the story too. It's much easier for me to get involved in these books because it seems like fiction, but it's not. (which makes it so much better!) This really brings things to life. Rick is a great writer and I've always loved his humility in his writings.

I've read to the last chapter. This book is for the people hungry for God, but is the fourth so far in a series where you really should read the other three first, and in correct order (1. The final quest, 2. The Call, 3. The torch and the sword). I think the first one is the best (and this one, The Path, has references to that on which it does not explain, so you have to read it first to see them), and all of them have very good spiritual advice for those who not only want to get closer to God, but also serve Him in the way he wants. I think this books might be something of the best written in that area - especially for those who are open to the prophetic in visions and dreams. Remember to test everything with the bible though, as usuall ;) I final thing. I consider this book the least interesting of the four so far due to more parts with only dialogues and not as many painting images in visions as the other books. Still the lessons you get are as high quality and as I see it spiritual truths that the church in general forgot - maybe not as much in theory - but very much in it's life. By the way. In this book Rick meets both Elijah and Enoch, the two persons in the bible who never died physical death.

I was looking for something different in this book but I found something crucial. We will never be any more in eternity than we are when we leave this earth. Strive for ripened fruit of the Spirit. I am aware of this but seeing it in this book made me feel a sense of urgency about asking the Lord for a fruit inspection, now!

Rick Joyner had been experiencing visions and dreams from the Lord for many years now and he writes his experiences down for the rest of us to draw from and there is much to draw from this one. I highly recommend you read this book and seek the deep truths that the Lord is revealing to us through His prophets in these end times. Hopefully we all find ourselves on this Path.

For we are living in a time that requires us to be completely devoted to hearing the voice of the Lord and being obedient without hesitation. In this hour, time spent with Holy Spirit, to guide, lead, teach, and comfort us is critical to our very survival, physically and more importantly, spiritually. You will want to hear more of this book, after reading the last page, you will want to know more of HIM. Your desire to know HIM will increase, and your desire to please HIM will be multiplied. HIS love will increase in us, and all you will want to do is spend more time with HIM. The Path, is extraordinarily extravagant in the arena of the Heavenly Realm. Kingdom Purposes in every arena of our lives begin to blossom, as we prepare for the final outpouring and glory of God, to fill the earth!

Berufende Propheten die entmutigt worden sind durch Geschwister, Gemeinden und Umstände die so in den Vordergrund gerückt sind das sie den Weg mit Jesus nicht weitergegangen sind in Gehorsam. Es führt zurück auf den richtigen Weg und bestätigt erneut den Ruf denn wir haben. Viel Weisheit beim lesen wünsch ich. ;-)

Full of wisdom. This reading is an adventure! Inspires humility, greater trust in God as the Teacher, love for unity and intergenerational mentorship, resets priorities and helps make sense of the growth process, and stirs up passion for the higher calling.

The way Rick wrote this book is almost poetic. It took me a few pages to get into the style but it was almost like trying to adjust my eyes to see in a different light. Some of these words are like a personal prophecy to me, so I'm sure others will see a deep calling and guiding in this book too. Well worth reading. I hope the Holy Spirit keeps this message fresh to me.

words alone cannot express the rude awakening of the call to the mountain. for so long we walk on a path that leads us to complacency and compromise, where we are only treading water, waiting for His coming - for Him to come and get us, but all along it is us that must go to Him. I have known what has been written in this book for some time but I could not quite put my finger on it until now. This book speaks my life, my heart, my call. However I am constantly reviewing the scripture - "many are called but few are chosen and often receive the words from the enemy that I could never be one of the chosen. This book not only calls us to the mountain, it is our choice to want to be chosen. It is our choice to heed the call and to take as many to the mountain with us again and again and again.
