I've recently been unwell after pneumonia and no energy plus my asthma seemed worse. It's early days but since I've been taking these supplements for a few days, my energy has doubled and my airways seem much less irritated. Magnesium can apparently help asthma and this supplement has all the forms of magnesium in it. They're a bit big to swallow and be warned they may send you running for the loo pretty sharpish for a day or two until you get used to them, but overall I'm impressed and cautiously optimistic that they'll continue to help.

Regularly taking this and I can confirm much less joint pains and aches

My gynaecologist advised taking magnesium to help prevent against hair loss and skin conditions following a hysterectomy. I've tried a few over the years, mainly one type of magnesium, and most reacted really badly with my stomach. This one however? no reaction, on top of this, I've just been to the hair dressers for the first time in almost a year, and my hairdresser is blown away by how thick my hair has gotten, we've never seen it in such a good condition without it being cut for ages. The only thing that's different is that I've been taking these for months. I'm going to start replacing the other vitamins I take with products from this brand. Brilliant.

Someone stated that theee tablets to start with will send you to toilet... very true, but also my leg cramps have gone, so it works... l was taking a different brand, but l was not very happy with it, these seams to be better! I will change this review if it is need it!

I would never comment about the effectiveness of a supplement. There is no science to my personal opinion. But I just really like AAVALABS Magnesium and I have repurchased several times. I just really prefer them to any other magnesium supplement that I've tried. Every time I try another brand I come back to these. Information is clear, they are large but easy to swallow. They are two a day for optimum dose unlike others which seem more economical but are three a day so are actually more expensive. (Look out for that when purchasing). At two per day this is a three months supply.

I have used other magnesium supplements, but so far this appears to be the most effective. Main positives are it’s a variety of sources of magnesium, but still cost effective. Overall my aches from exercise have decreased and I appear to be sleeping better and feeling more refreshed in the mornings.

Take a hour before bed I do get a uninterrupted sleep

Seems a decent product, I had a deficiency of magnesium and thought I would give this a try. It will take time to see how it works and it is a little expensive. I will try and update in the near future as to any effects good or bad. Update to say that I have had no adverse effects, not sure about any benefits but it must be better than having a deficiency.
