Good size, fit into small cells for starts. Write with sharpie markers on them. About the time I need to transplant starts the writing wears off so I can reuse them. Think & sturdy enough to easily stick them into soil.

Happy with my purchase. It comes with a black marker to write on them with. I’ve left the lid off a couple time accidentally. They were a little too dry but they bounce back and work again. I’ve had some plants not germinate or die and I can use an alcohol wipe to get rid of the writing, just do it on a piece of paper cause it spreads like mad. Very happy and I’m a customer for life!

I had issues in the past with sharpie markers fading over time on tags, so I was pleased to find that I can write on these with pencil, which is why I specifically bought them. I did not even try the marker, but the tags stayed legible written in pencil for the life of my tomato starts--legible from January until I pulled them out in December. They also didn't get warped in the summer heat, which other tags I've bought had an issue with. I've been able to take last year's tags, erase the name, and reuse as well! Good price and good product. Will continue to buy them yearly for my big tomato start sale.

Just bought them so cannot say anything about their durability. I didn’t like their thinness (the labels bend when being stuck in the soil) and glossy surface that is incompatible with pencils. The labels do come with a permanent marker but I don’t know how long it will last (so far so good). I would prefer if there was no marker at all (which would make them cheaper as well) but the surface was rougher so I could just use my pencil.

I didn't purchase these to write on labels, but to use to identify plants that have higher water needs or can't tolerate dry soil. I have many beds full of different types of plants and it's hard to remember which ones need more water than others. I have my plants labeled with little metal markers, so I stuck these blue plastic labels (I kept them blank) next to or in the middle of the sign's spikes. That way, as I walk around the yard, I just have to look for blue when we go for an extended period without rain rather than watering all over the place when the rest of my plants prefer dry soil.

exactly what i needed, love the assorted colors as well. wider than others, making it easier to write on. Great value for your money and I believe they will be very durable and make labeling easy.

Nice Garden labels that come with a marker. You are able to write on both side. Now I wont have to guess what my seedlings are.

In year’s past, I would just throw some seeds out and be surprised with what popped up and grew. Not this year! I decided to be intentional and plant with purpose. These were EXACTLY what I needed in just the right size. I love the thickness of the pen and it has a finer tipped point as well. Very solid purchase. Highly recommend!
