A: If there's something wrong return it but air wouldn't keep it puffy so it's most likely just the super lightweight stuffing (if your dog is a chewer the stuffing is a nightmare)

A: Probably not. The tag didnt say anything about what kind of leather it is. Its a super cheap toy so I really doubt it

This is definitely not a chew toy! My teeny, tiny, meek, miniature dachshund was happy to get this. He quietly, and quickly bit off pieces of this toy is seconds! His tail was wagging all the time, so he obviously liked it. Thank goodness he didn’t get to the stuffing—it was close!! He bit through the stitching! I imagine a larger, more aggressive dog could devour this toy in hot minute! This is more food than a toy! I wish I could give this less than 1 star. (BTW, it really stinks!).
