Effective supplement
I have found this product to be quite effective in my knee OA management. From 4th day after starting the supplement, the acuteness in my pain got subsided. I will follow the suggested course of minimum three months. Only issue is price and any downward revision in price by the manufacturer shall be of big help to patients looking for a long therapy.

Really works on joint health
It really works.After taking it for continuous for two months I'm feeling a lot improvement in my knee and leg pain and also in reduction of morning stiffness...

It's good but not best
I have used this tablet for two months, there is a slight improvement but still I can feel the sound in my knee joint, and it's paining occasionally

Nice product
Ordered these for my mother. He suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. He takes one a day as opposed to 2 a day written on the box. It contains type 2 collagen which is specially useful for joints. Seems to be helping him as he said he feels better while taking these.

I used Flex 180 and my knee is gone and i can squat again. Must buy if you looking for TYPE 2 collagen.
