Easy to hold and keeps liquids hot. Slightly difficult to clean because can't get my hand in cup easily. The lid leaks slightly but not an issue for me as I use at the breakfast table. Really sturdy and enjoyable cup.

Ever since my Thermos insulated plastic 12 oz travel mug bit the dust after around 20 years, I've been looking for a quality replacement. The knock off Thermos mug was a leaky zero. The Yeti 12 oz travel mug seemed like it would be the perfect replacement. Unfortunately, the Yeti is heavy, hard to hold, 3 pieces to clean and has to be tilted 180 degrees to enjoy the last sip. The Yeti is solid, expensive and leak proof.The Sunwill 12 oz mug emerged the WINNER. Light weight, easy to hold, easy to clean, well insulated and easy to drink from all the way to the last drop. I did add a 65mm silicone slip on base to make it slip resistant and quiet to set down on hard surfaces. Just bought a second Sunwell mug for the permanent collection. And, it's inexpensive, less than $12! What's not to like?

These cups are wide-mouth so easy to clean and fill. It is lightweight and easy to hold and has just a slider to expose the hole to drink from. Close the slider and it stays leakproof and insulated. Just the right size, also.

Edit: Have had this tumbler for over a year now and it's amazing. Lid is not very good (slider no longer stays in place and hard to clean) but the mug itself is perfect. If they fixed the lid, this product would be perfect. I'm considering buying another one so I always have a clean one ready to use. I mostly use it without the lid as my WFH mug. Keeps my latte warm longer and makes me happy to use it. Fits perfectly in my small hands. 10/10 would recommend. Unless you need a good, leak-proof lid.First I ordered a YETI tumbler which was massive and didn't fit my hand. Had to return. This tumbler is perfectly sized and super pretty, and has that same sleek YETI look I was looking for. The rose gold color is perfect. Not too bright (which no one needs before they've had their morning tea or coffee) but still sparkly and pretty. I've only had it for a few days so I can't attest to how it holds up, but it looks and works perfectly at the moment.

Perfect for traveling to work! Keeps my coffee nice and hot! Very well made.

I've had this cup for a while now. Keeps hot liquids really hot and cold liquids really cold! I gave it 5 stars across the board except only 4 for the 'leak proof' category, because the lid's closure mechanism is basically a sliding plastic plate to COVER the drink hole, rather than truly PLUGGING the drink hole. The seals around the circumference of the lid are totally leakproof. The only time this is a problem is if, while holding your closed coffee cup, you lean over to pick something up from the floor - and the cup goes with you and you don't remember to hold it level - a small amount of coffee will ooze out from under the hole closure and spill. I've usually remember to hold the cup level after the first time it happened. Anyway, on to my experince with Sunwill Customer Service - the slidy hole cover thing broke and CS was great in helping me to get a replacement. Much appreciated.

im honestly surprised! this cup works incredible! upon unboxing and opening it up, i love how secure and professional it was packed and boxed. i did make sure to clean it right away before my first use (as instructed). i would recommend getting a bottle scrubber. the reason being is while the cup itself is good in width, i got chubby hands so its kinda hard for me to reach to the verrrry bottom to clean it but other then that. the cup was easy to clean! i filled the cup with ice and water and started to work. 5 hours later and the ice/water is still going strong! loooove the insulation this thing has! i looooove that it doesn't sweat as well! the stainless steel straw actually gets pretty cold as well which i love especially on a hot day, it adds to everything being 10x colder, if that makes sense! i absolutely loooooove this cup! ❤️🩷💖💕
