Will this fit a 2017 chevy express

If your 2017 is the same series (design) as anything from 2003 and up, Chevrolet/GMC have not changed the frame or body what-so-ever since then. The only upgrades have been safety features and lighting and such. They offer different motors as well. Yet, I have this unit on a 2016 3500 6.0L V8 and it is fantastic and fit perfectly. It should fit yours fine :)

No. This is built to fit a Chevrolet express van.

Will it fit a Law Enforcement package? Tahoe has a steel bar inserted into frame rails.

I bought the curt 14090 hitch for my 2005 chev express van. I doubt that it will fit a Tahoe. Check the fit chart on Curt's web site.
