The Nivia weight lifting strap with wrist support offers decent grip and support for general gym workouts, but it has some drawbacks. The overall build is okay for the price, but the hard plastic piece in the design makes it uncomfortable during heavy lifts or longer sessions. It starts to dig into the wrist and distracts from the workout. While the strap does help with grip and wrist stability, the comfort level could definitely be improved. It's an average product – might work for light to moderate use, but not ideal for serious or prolonged strength training sessions.
