I love this product. It cut well, had power, and was relatively small yet very manageable to use. I actually bought a second one. The reason I bought the second one was that I could not get the first one to charge. Once I got the second one, I fiddled with the first one and realized if I played with the charger plug connection I could get it to charge. Also, while I ordered the exact same thing both times, I received two different models. The differences were the charger and the clip-on trim guides. Also, I found the clip-on guides to be VERY difficult to put on and take off. In fact, I broke one of the clips I really wanted to use while removing it. So I now have two, and permanently put one sized guide on one and another size on the other so I don't need to remove them. Kind of a silly way to solve my issues, but as the purchase price was very reasonable, I am quite happy with my solution.

I would have tooken a photo but i already threw it away. The product was a couple days late and the rechargeable AA battery only lasted me 2 uses. Its supposed to be rechargeable but wont hold a charge. I was forced to give it 1 star
