I read the reviews before I purchased this. I felt like I knew what I was getting in to. I didn't have high expectations because I have tried a TON of products - both natural and not - to help with my chronic daily congestion. So I was willing to invest what I paid for this product in the hopes that it would work.First, I want to say, yes it is natural. No hidden weird things. It is natural. Second, I don't typically try this type of squeeze bottle product. It's more of the pump-type like with Nasonex or the other steroid-type sprays that you're not supposed to use for a long time. So I don't know if I am doing it right. But I sprayed it a few times into the air before trying it up my nose.Squeezing quickly and firmly, it sprays up my nose. Not in a fine mist, but more like a thin stream of product. I will say that I did not like that feeling. And immediately I felt a jolt of a tingle or burning sensation. But I pressed on and shot it up the other side and had the same experience.So why the 5 stars when I didn't like it. BECAUSE IT WORKS. Yes I was uncomfortable for maybe 15 seconds. Yes some of it went down the back of my throat. Unlike the other Nasacort products and steroid sprays that drip down the back of my throat with the instructions that say I should spit it out (which is impossible for me to do as it is dripping back there), this did not have an unpleasant taste or any weird instructions. It's natural and it worked. My congestion was cleared instantly.It didn't stay like that forever. It was maybe 2 hours or so that I noticed I was congested again. But unlike the other sprays, this one says to repeated as needed. Does that mean every 15 minutes? I am not sure. However, I think 4 times a day or so would not be a concern. I'm happy with this product and maybe the more I use it the more I will get the hang of it so it won't go down my throat or won't shoot up my nose in a stream. I will continue to buy it because it worked and it's not full of a bunch of weird things.

I recently had Vivid and this spray helped a lot with the congestion.

I have been using this for quite some time with decent sinus success, however the price has recently ballooned from $9 to $12... 33% inflation in a couple months? I don't think so.I may have to find another brand. Greed is bad.

I had low expectations for this nasal spray due to my long history of allergy and sinus issues, but Nature’s Rite Congestion Relief really works!

I bought this for my wife who has suffered with sinus problems for years. Nothing she has tried to this point has provided anything but minimal, temporary relief. Although she was not pleased that I purchased it without getting her OK first, she tried it. About a week later she mentioned that it was really helping her, and would I get some more. I decided(without her OK-easier to ask for forgiveness-I don't-than permission) to order the Trilogy. My reasoning? If one works well, all 3 will probably work better. Stay tuned.
