Comes nicely packaged through USPS. Teapills are a bit more finicky than tablets but are by far the best way to get your herbs without the nasty taste. Much cheaper than getting it from your practitioner/herbal pharmacy

Do you ever wake up and you slept so hard that you forget where you are, who you are, and what you were doing? These pills make you feel that way. I took 4 the first night and I was COMPLETELY zonked. Not even part way, I was completely out. This is after two weeks of bouts of insomnia and feeling shaky and having anxiety problems and my heart kept beating super fast. These helped for sure. After the first night of taking them I didn't have to take them the rest of the week and I had no problems getting to sleep. Only downside is that they make you feel a little groggy during the day. Not as bad as NyQuil does, but it's significant enough for me to note.

Ineffective compared to other sun zao Ren supplements I've taken. Doesn't seem to do anything.

Very good but don't take as many as they recommend it Will make you so tried you won't be able to hold your head up.

If you have insomnia specifically from liver disharmony it might work for you. But my insomnia also had other causes so I didn't get much benefit.

Great combination of products.

I tried them 2 times and both times these kept me awake. Total opposite for me :(
