Cool at first, but novelty wore out quickly due to whining noise, flickering LED between temps, and use of less than all 8 LEDs.
Quality of materials:It's lightweight and made out of plastic. The knob you are supposed to press in order to change the water disbursement setting is rather thin and I constantly feel like I am going to break it. The actual "head" of the device is all clear plastic and looks kind of like a a kid's toy. Overall, it "feels" kind of cheap.Functionality:When turn on the shower, water comes out of it, so that's good news. It only has two settings, a wider disbursement lower pressure setting and a central disbursement higher pressure setting. I found both to be high enough pressure to shower with without being too harsh. There were, however, several things I didn't like about it. First, it makes a high pitch whine that my old shower head did not. It's not so loud as to be unbearable, but I do notice it and frankly, I'd be happier without it. Second, it claims to have 8 LEDs, but not all 8 LEDs light up at the same time and not in the same pattern. 6 (3 on the top and 3 on the bottom) light up blue. 6 (3 on each left and right side light up green). 4 (in a square pattern) light up red. So basically when it's Blue or Green only 6 LEDs are on, and when it's red, only 4 LEDs are on, not 8 for each color as you would expect from the description. Based on the pattern of the lights, I'm assuming it was done by design rather than a defect with my unit. Third, I'm assuming that my water temperature tends to fluctuate by a degree or two because the handle constantly flickers between green and red, which is quite annoying and distracting while I'm showering.Overall impression:I've only used it for a few days and purchased it because it looked cool. It actually does look cool when I tried showering in the dark. In the light it's a bit less cool. Adding in the problems I described above, I'm already over the novelty of it and probably would have been happier with a more conventional hand showerhead. While I haven't dealt with BSB yet, I do like that they offer a one year warranty on this product. I read a lot of reviews for other LED showerheads and a lot of them seem to stop working within the first 6 months.

Relaxing Shower Magic
Generally, I'm skeptical about new items like the LED Hand Showerhead but this time I'm sold. One of the reasons I purchased the showerhead is because I don't like taking after-work showers with the bathroom totally lit up. I prefer dimmed lights to help me unwind and transition from a hectic workday to a relaxing evening. The LED showerhead adds the perfect ambiance to low-light settings. For a totally Zen experience, dim your bathroom lights, or if that's not possible, turn them off and light a few candles to bathe the room in a soft glow. Begin your shower by focusing on the LED showerhead and just enjoying the amazing feeling of the warm water coursing over your body. Breath in slowly and deeply to the count of four, then exhale slowly to a count of four. Repeat the breathing exercise ten times and each time you exhale, imagine the tension and worries of the day draining out of your body and down the drain. This is the first time in a very long time that I've ordered a relatively new product and fell in love right out of the box. If you like your showers, you'll love the LED Showerhead.

Inexpensive, and works (for a year)!
This is nice. You can't beat the price. The only complaint I have is that the colors do not change very rapidly, and sometimes it gets stuck on green. Otherwise, this showerhead offers hours of fun. We turn out the lights and enjoy the mini-shower-rave-foam-party. The noise didn't bother me at all.An update:After nearly one year of use, the shower head fell on me while I showered. It didn't hurt, but it did surprise me. The bottom part simply broke, likely due to wear. For as inexpensive and cool as this is, I still am relatively happy.

But it was a good price and not hard to install

Intelligent Showerhead
This is good showerhead. I surprised my kids by not telling them I install it in their shower and they loved it. My son told me he turn off the bathroom light and felt like having a party in the shower with the changing colors. This is good also for elderly to let them know how hot or cold is the water. I bought three and I've had them now for 3 weeks and so far I like them and will recommend them to others

Not happy at all
Not happy at all. I use it yesterday and found there are only three colors not 8. it says blue for cold, green for little hot and red for hot. also leds are different so for red there are only 4 lds are working for green 6 leds are working and for blue all 6 are there. Green is prominent color. So in all no big color change only it is good at it at least show different color.

Shower head is great but would have like to know that I need to buy the hose and shower head holder separately. Would have gone with another brand if I had known.

Great for kids!
I bought this shower head for my kids bathroom as they are transitioning from baths to mostly showers. I love this because its something cool that they enjoy and it makes taking a shower a cool experience rather then a scary one. I also like it because I feel the water before they get in but they know what the colors mean and they can let me know if their is a spike based off the change in colors.
