I already order this product before and the quality is good. But this time I am very disappointed because the seller didn't take enough precautions to send the package from US. I cannot use the product and there is not return possibility. But interesting question is how the cream bowl got closed while or the cream is out.

Not good this product

So I’ve been relaxed for about 7 months. I started with affirm and had been retouching every 3 months with affirm. Affirm is great but its definitely pricey so I wanted to find something more affordable. Dark and lovely didn’t disappoint me! I’ll probably keep purchasing it.I used everything except the last step (the shine cream) and i left the relaxer on for roughly 30 minutes but i’m happy with my results! Also.. pls don’t mind my ends..i’ll take care of it lol.

I have hair that is more than wavy but not corkscrew- more like some is wavy and I also have a lot of ringlets which I hate. This worked way better than I expected- although admittedly I have never used relaxer before so I wasn't really sure what to expect. My hair was bone straight for way over a month after doing it which I did NOT expect. It has been nearly a year and while my hair is wavy again, it is not curly. My hair grows really slow though so that has to be taken into account. My hair was not terribly frizzy before but it is even less so now, especially within a few months of doing it.

It was my first time relaxing myself, was afraid of frying my hair. But it came out nice. Only problem is that it takes more than two weeks to arrive after ordering. And the trackeing Infor was not showing in the Amazon app. Was getting worried. But I received my product eventually.
