Good But Basic Power Supply
I bought this power supply because the original stopped working for some reason. When it arrived it did work but the cord was very short compared to the original. However it did provide the needed power for the laptop. I would buy this power supply as a backup but would use one with a longer cord as the main power supply.

Necessity!
This reduced the bulk in my backpack, from the bulky laptop adapter to this compact one. I've gotten inquiries as where I got it from 😏. Not only it reduced the bulk, it's a space saver. It does not feel "hot" at all, nice blue light indicator eventually turns off a few seconds after unplugging, velcro cord wrap makes it easy to neatly put it away, and it's lightweight. Very happy with my purchase and love that it's compatible with my HP laptop with a Type C option.

Just what I needed.
Solid charger. Bought as a backup for my HP work laptop. Used a few times in the last few weeks and is pretty fast.

gets the job done!
My OEM charger for my HP elitebook broke, so I picked this up as a suitable replacement. The cord length is shorter than the OEM one but not a deal breaker. Takes up less room in my briefcase and I like the the prongs fold in for travel compactness. Not an official HP charger so may not be the fastest but sure does the job and was a great price!

More compact than the OEM charger, works well
I love that the prongs are built into the unit, so you only have one cord to wrestle with. The prongs are oriented such that you need to use the last receptacle in a power strip, but that's not huge issue. But if the manufacturer rotated the prongs 90 degrees, I would give them *six* stars. I'm using this for an HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3. When I start traveling again, this will be my travel charger, and I'll leave the OEM charger at home.

USB end doesn't establish a reliable connection
I am frustrated with this charger. the brick is heavy and its power plug very loose such that it wouldn't stay plugged into a wall outlet. It even topples over on the power strip on my floor. However the worst part is that the USB side does not make a snug connection due to which it doesn't always reliably charge my laptop. I have to constantly adjust it. In all a poor design and I have to look for another one merely 15 months after using it.

Lasted 9 months
The adapter plug is heavy, often falls out or comes loose from the outlet. Eventually (9 months) gravity wins. UPDATE: The company proactively reached out to me after my review & sent me a replacement free of charge. Updating to 5 stars.
