I purchased this can opener for my 88 year old mother because of the easy grip handles in December 2018. It is now April 2019 and the whole thing has fallen apart! I am appalled at the quality. Do not be fooled by the glowing write up as it does not correctly represent the sub standard item. Shocking.

This is the only can opener which will deal with Pek cans which have a very deep edge. It is so easy to use even for my stiff hands.

Hi, I'm not sure how to contact the seller once the refund window has passed. I work in a school & the tin opener was for the kitchen staff - They have not found it useful and cannot use it to open the catering tins of fruit that we receive regularly. They find that the opener hops off the tin & requires restarting 5 or 6 times. I bought this specifically because it said suitable for large tins. We need to open approx 8 tins a week. Even our site manager struggled to use this opener. We didn't using the opener until a couple of weeks ago so hence why is is late. Please can we return for a refund.

This is the first can opener we have used (& we have used many) that works !!!! Bought an OXO soft grip which was put in the bin only 9 months later. Would definitely recommend. I have a little arthritis in my hands & I can use it without any problems. A good purchase. Would definitely buy again.
