Without doubt the best probiotic I've ever used - and I've tried a LOT! I take two per day (=60 billion CFUs) and have never felt better. Shelf stable (no need for fridge - great for travel). Bacteria survive stomach acid. A very powerful health aid.

Fantastic Product
I had been having terrible problems with Candida & allergic reactions to foods to the point it was hurting every time I ate. I started taking these after having a colonic in a last bid, desperate attempt to feel better. Think it was the combination of both that changed everything! These are slightly pricey compared to others on the market, but 100% well worth the money. If you've got IBS, Candida, stomach issues on any level...don't wait...try these twice a day an hour before food and see what a difference they'll make.

After suffering many many urinary infections, and ending in ICU, for 9 days on permenant antibiotics, i decided to try these!! 2 years so far, dare not say any more, except 4* not good enough, try them see if they can help you!!

This has a wide amount of different Pro-biotic Strains and a quite high amount of, which can be used as a higher amount or lesser if required. No particular improvement felt but no worse for the experience. Worth taking for IBS symptons along with other supplements like enzymes. Would recommend for price and value. Without more tests you have to go on your gut feeling.

Good Range Of Bacteria.
This product has a good range of different bacterial species, which I wanted. I always take them after having antibiotics. I hope they do me good, but at least they do no harm! Unlike some doctors!
