Not much I can say about this, it is a statue and looks nice. It came with interesting paperwork. My wife thinks it worked in selling our house fast but I think it was a coincidence.

I was not a believer. I read the positive reviews and still didn’t believe. The wife convinced me to buy this St Joseph, and I was very skeptical. As you can see from the uploaded picture, he now sits in the position of honor on our fireplace mantle because he GOT ‘ER DUN!We had our condo on the market for months and held dozens of open houses, we even allowed families to schedule private viewings. We dropped the selling price a few times and were very competitive with other properties that were on the market. The condo was in immaculate condition. I had freshly painted the interior and everything was in good working order. We received zero offers. None. Not even a low ball offer.We bought this item and followed the instructions to a T. I felt like an idiot burying a small statue in the yard, but it’s all good. I have looked like a fool for lesser things. NO KIDDING within a few days we received two offers on the condo. One of which we accepted.PLOT TWIST!!! We had moved out of this condo as we neared closing. So I went back to the condo and dig up Joseph and put his in a place of respect in the new place. Suddenly we had issues with get the buyers getting their loan funded. We were dangerously close to falling out of escrow and it seemed like it was inevitable. So we realized our error and we scrambled to go back to the condo and re-bury St. Joesph. It didn’t happen right away but there was a true miracle that our agent was able to escalate the problem to the owner of his real estate company. The owner also owns a mortgage financing company and decided on the spot that he would fund the buyers through his finance company. Two weeks later we closed on the sale of the condo and the very next day, we closed on the purchase of our first home.Now St. Joseph sits in the place of honor on our fireplace mantle. I AM A BELIEVER! Give it a shot, what do you have to lose? $5-6!?!?!?

I bought this a while ago. We decided not to move. When we did finally put our house on the market I buried St. Joseph.... we got an offer the first week...full asking price. Other houses in our neighborhood were on the market six to nine months after our home sold. Then my mom died and I had to sell the family home. Realtor wanted to put a lower price than I wanted. I asked for $20,00 more. I buried St. Joseph hoping he could work the same magic. Withing four days we had an offer while other houses sat on the market. Not only did we get a full price offer there was a bidding war. It sold for $60,000 over asking and $80,000 over what the realtor was going to price it. Very grateful to St. Joseph.
