Me and Her Dad have tried it the speaker is brilliant sounds very good the lights are amazing must see me and my husband had some fun the smorning while kids were at school the colour purple chrome is gorgeous not to mention the led lights I can't wait to say my daughter face. I would highly recommend this it's amazing if I could give more than 5 stars I would. ✨😊

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I’ve brought this balance board for my sons christmas present and wanted to test it on myself before giving it, in case it would not work.I’m the top end of the weight limit and I must say the board is extremely well built and handled my size just fine. The plastic seems very strong and durable so I feel it should last a long time.In a 30 minute test I drained the battery to about half so running time will be about an hour, maybe more with a lighter person. The light look cool, I felt like a boy racer going around my house. The board was also very responsive and speedy as well. I briefly tried the bluetooth music feature and it was fine, although not a feature Imagine I (i mean my son) will be using too much. Without the music I also thought the board was very quiet which is really good. One tiny issue is the power plug has a special end, so if it breaks you would need to source another, luckily there is both a USA and UK plug included so an adapter would solve that issue.Overall, I found this a very smooth and responsive board, even at my size.Excellent responsivenessGood materialsHour running timeBluetooth Music - bit of a novelty but still quite fun.Lights - look good and actually add a bit of safety in the dark.I hope you found this review helpful :)

I have had to change my original review with a more experienced one, mainly in hope I save someone else.In a nutshell:- Dangerous product due to randomly cutting out- Seller is as much use as a chocolate teapot and unresponsiveSave yourself the headache and if you really want one - pick a different sellerLonger story....My daughter saved up her christmas and birthday money to get a hoverboard and was using this board when it cut out for no reason throwing her into the road in front of a car, luckily the motorist was on point and stopped or things could have been a lot worse.Cutting out happens randomly throughout the charge.Contacter seller and followed instructions to reset.Tested on numerous occasions in a closed location but the fault was still there.Contacter seller who asked me to send it back for diagnostics and fault fix.Took ages to get feedback from seller so chased, reply received saying fixed and shipping back.Received item and tested as soon as possible.Issue was still there if not worse now.Contacted seller no responseContacted seller no responseContacted seller no responseAmazon contacted seller no responseAmazon contacted seller no responseI am still fighting to get anything from anyone on this....I have a dangerously faulty hoverboard since aug 2020 that's not even good enough as a doorstop

Absolutely gutted bought this for my Daughters Christmas present. On opening looks fantastic.I'm just thankful that I set it up to test before hand as it doesnt charge only one side works andMakes an awful squealing noise. I purchased this in the black friday sale but if I want a new oneTo replace this one once its returned I now have to pay the higher price. Not at all impressed

Product arrived with a USA charger and the UK plug was missing a back. Only realised this on Christmas Eve at 7pm when we opened it. Spoke to customer services who said as the product comes from a 'third party' all they could do was arrange a refund. Needless to say on Christmas Eve we had to charge it with the dodgy plug or we'd have a very upset child. We waited until the shops opened after Christmas to change the plug. It is a really good segway though. Battery lasts a long time and the bluetooth speakers are lots of fun. Just check the plug first!

Bought a hover board off these guys in Oct 2020, it broke on Aug 2021 so I messaged to ask about a warranty. I was told products had 12 months warranty! But I had to pay £50 for a replacement, so after asking if the hooverboard would be the same and would it come with a new 12 months warranty I was told yes it would, so as the hooverboard I had was go good one I paid £50 for a replacement!! The replacement arrived and it was not the same! The battery life did not last any more than 15 minutes and the hooverboard did not turn right!!! I messaged the seller to be told they would send me a replacement battery but I would have to pay £15!! I then said I was not happy with the product so wanted a full refund for both the hooverboard boards to which they refused saying my warrant had expired. After multiple emails I tried to explain my warranty had not expires when I sent it back in August and I was told I would get an exact same replacement, which I didn’t! They have fobbed me off multiple times saying warrant has expired so now I am left with a hooverboard that does not work which is still under warranty which I had to pay extra for. Company is a joke, do not waste your money or believe a word they say when they try to get you to pay for a replacement!!!!
