Cho-Pat saved my Triathlon career decades ago with their innovative knee strap. So when I saw this elbow wrap for my golf pain, I jumped on it. And it is high quality and effective.

It works!
I was having pain in my elbow and my chiropractor recommended giving this a try while carrying heavy things and while doing yard work like weed whacking and mowing the lawn.I wore it while doing those things, even loaded up the back of my car with 8 bags of hardwood mulch and it really works. I didn't have any pain in my elbow afterwards.It fits good, easy to put on and adjust and is well made. I'm deducting one star because there was no instructions in or on the box. So I'm not entirely sure if I'm wearing it correctly. There's a padded section but it doesn't say if that goes on the inside or outside of your arm? I don't know... but it works the way I was wearing it.

It works, not a cure but makes a difference
Age and frequency of play caught up with me…golfer’s elbow. It can be painful, especially after a round. I decided to give this a try and it does take the stress off the elbow to keep inflammation from flaring up after a round. Rest is truly going to be the remedy, but the thought of not playing for weeks or a month seemed too depressing.I refuse to sit idle and I’m glad this works.Since using, I’m not eating ibuprofen like skittles or having to ice the elbow following a round. I am following the guidance of rest, ice, compression and elevation while still playing a few rounds a week.

It’s exactly the same size as the medium.
I ordered it knowing exactly how the medium fits because I have been wearing it for quite some time. However when I ordered the smaller size, it appears to be the exact size of the medium. Maybe there’s a mistake but buyer beware.

Why No Instructions?
Minimal packaging, with no helpful information. No instructions or even directions to a website to learn how to properly wear it. There's a padded area, but where should it be positioned? Frustrating. Also, seems like it will slip down my arm when I swing a club. Returned it.

This design really works!
I have had 5-6 different elbow supports for tendinitis (tennis / golfers) elbow. My elbow rarely feels great. I wear an Ace product daily as it reminds me to be careful and does offer some help - but not when I play golf. The CHO-PAT Elbow Support truly makes a difference. I hit 85-95 shots per round plus practice swings. I don’t even think about elbow/forearm pain anymore. I totally recommend this product.

Meh....
It works "okay". Tends to slip down the arm unless cranked down so hard it leaves indentations on your arm.Over 18 holes I had to remove, re-install about every other hole. Then it got hot outside and combined with sunscreen the thing wouldn't stay in place after each swing.So....for just sitting around or very light physical activity it's probably fine. But for activities that require heavy arm usage....I'd look for something else.Side note...it is somewhat bulky.
