Did very well. Sealed area around stove pipe going into flue. Thick places needed longer to set up. But easily gave second coat next day. Very pleased.

I’m using the sealer on a couple stove pipe connections where I saw some smoke leak out. Works great. Easy to apply, but recommend using gloves, kinda messy, and masking off if you want it to look good. I’m not worried about aesthetics since stove is in unfinished part of basement. I highly recommend it.

Repair wood burning stove

Super easy to use and it works beyond my expectations. I used this stuff to seal a igniter in a monitor oil heater and that was a huge mistake. Later on I had to take the igniter out and the heater wasn't never ran it was just cured by the heat of the igniter alone. I ended up having to use an air chisel and chisel this stuff out of the monitors combustion chamber. Huge mistake on my part. It's a excellent product and it works very very well. Super satisfied with this

Had to fix a woodstove. Needs to be thicker than the normal repair and doing so it separated. Guess I'm going to have to do some welding

I used this to fill a 1/2 inch gap between the fireplace steel box and the masonry facade. I filled the gap with some folded wire mesh first. This product had no problem sticking to the mesh and has made a firm and solid seal. It dried hard, especially after using the fireplace. Just a note - I spread some leftover product on the sides of the firebox to hide some previously used grey cement. I spread the black cement quite thin, and after a fire I noticed the cement has become crispy and could be flaked off easily . Not a big deal at all, and for the main repair I made it worked great. Very pleased wit this product.
