Nice backpack, I have run in an out from work for a month now. Given the price, I think it does the job nicely although, I am very short (1.5 m) and I think is slightly big for me thus, is hard to get the straps in the right place to stop the bouncing. Once I manage, everything is fine. It is very spacious and lots of compartments. My only concern with this product is the fitting for tinny people. I guess if you are shorter than me I might have to choose another backpack
