Good product

I had purchased this item to complete a black-and-white project I had begun with Sakura Pigma Micron pens. When they arrived, I continued working on the project but, to my dismay, the Micro-Line ink was not as deeply black as the Pigma Micron ink. When compared side by side, the Micro-Line ink appeared to be a very deep slate gray as opposed to the deep, rich black Pigma ink. I had to maintain consistency of color in my project so they were returned. Having said that, for someone starting out who does not have that specific a need for deep color saturation, the pens would be perfect. They are of good quality and work smoothly.One minor point: the tip size is printed on the pen cap but not on the body of the pen. If you're working with multiple pens and the pens become separated from the barrels, there is a good chance that the wrong cap could end up on a pen, indicating an incorrect size. Pigma pens have that info on the cap AND on the barrel so they can always be matched up. Just my two cents.

Get it for the price so it’s good for the cheaper price. If you want to make more precise line I’d get a higher quality higher price one.

The pens dried out way too fast

Smudge proof and water proof for such a great price, these are almost identical to the micro pens.

i use these for my lineart and its really good but make sure you let it dry before adding marker or erasing pencil lines or it will smudge, in the picture with the flowers i used copic markers and theyre alcohol based markers and it didnt smudge, although i had to wait a few minuets for it to dry, the thiner ones dry almost instantly just the thicker ones take longer to dry

I absolutely love these pens, and I'm so happy I purchased them. I've previously used another brand of artist pens, but this set is my new favorite. It's an awesome value. The quality is excellent, and I've been very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this set!
